Olympian Gym was formerly known as Marlowe’s Fitness Centre. It was taken over by none other than the British No. 1 bodybuilder and qualified nurse, Eddie Abbew. The gym is also currently managed by MS Carmen Knights, IFBB Pro and British Body Fitness Champion.

Eddie took over the gym in August 2011 and immediately proceeded to replace the outdated equipment. “Some of the equipment I inherited dated back to 1975. I was embarrassed to train my loyal clients in the gym. My immediate goal was to invest in new equipment,” says Eddie. Investing in new equipment is exactly what Eddie did and continues to do.

The gym now boasts a vast range of equipment. The brand names include Cybex, Hammer Strength, Hoist, Nautilus, Life Fitness, Gym 80 and Nytram.
